Taylor Momsen

Taylor Momsen (born Taylor Marien) is an American performer, actress, and song writer. The most renowned of her works is because of her part as the The lead singer in the band group The Pretty Reckless. Multi-talented, she got into the arena of entertainment when she was just two years old. Her life was described as a rollercoaster, that was punctuated by commitments to work from an early age. The family is a part of religion, the Roman Catholic religion, but says she's no longer religious. Her family tree can trace her back to German ethnics from the former Russian empire. She started her career as an actor as an infant, later moved to music and modeling. The role of 'Jenny Humphrey from the 'Gossip Girl' series was a huge hit and the smash debut album from her group, 'Light Me Up' earned her the attention of the world of music.
